@Autodoc_GmbH this is the most inept company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! My car went in for a service back in March 2021, my mechanic found I had a cracked spring as these were not standard springs I had to source the part myself, I found the part on AUTODOC.
I ordered the part I needed and it arrived about 2 weeks later, however it was the incorrect part, upon speaking to AUTODOC they advised that I would have to return the part before they would send out the replacement and would not accept responsibility for the mistake.
I was accused of ordering the in correct part and informed that under no circumstances could they have sent the wrong part out. I check my invoice, checked my order, everything was correct except the contents of the box I received. I returned the part.
So far about 7 weeks has passed since I placed the first order. Today 27th of April I rang to chase the replacement of the incorrect part I was sent only to be told that they had dispatched the incorrect order AGAIN and on receipt of the good could I return them!
How can a company send the incorrect item out twice? I have a family with 2 children we have been with out a car for nearly two months because of their ineptitude. @Autodoc_GmbH what are you going to do about this?
Read the reviews before buying and thought I would give them a go to buy a headlight unit. Item was supposedly delivered to the wrong address, I challenged a further delay in delivery and was told it was now a customs issue. I have asked for a refund twice and they just stall you and say you must wait. Wish I didn't bother with them. Stay away.
UPDATE. I was asked to supply full details which I have. I have had no further correspondence and requests for a full refund were ignored.

Awful, despite a UK website they are actually based in Germany and so shipping is slow. no indication of delivery time on ordering. Parcel is going round in circles on a German courier website as their courier to the UK no longer ships to the UK after Brexit.

my second chance wasted on this company. If you have loads of time to waste with back and forth emails this is the company for you. However if you want a company that won’t rip you off, able to communicate where your parts are and offer great customer service, then pay alittle more for a local dealership. You may think like your getting a good deal until they add their shipping charges on and don’t tell you bout the ridiculous waiting times to get the parts.
Quality parts arrived safe and well packed in 10 days from ordering. I think you should make it clear to uk customers that you are not based in the UK and that when you order from the UK, it should be made clear that in reality your order won’t arrive for around 10 days, other than that, happy customer!

I ordered 2 springs 9 days ago and their chat people can't even tell me where they are in the GLS delivery system. GLS just says in transit. Hopeless. Their 4-5 days days delivery timescale is not correct. I will have to order them from somewhere else now.
if you want you order anytime soon or may need to return your order for a refund then go elsewhere!

My first experience with Autodoc was good, however the second was terrible.
I placed my order for "in stock" items and 3 days passed before anything moved, then the items spent another 5 days in transit in Germany, then they spent another 5 days going in and out of the parcel centre and then finally im told the items are being returned to Autodoc due to an unreadable label.
Now i have to wait for Autodoc to receive and inspect the items before they will issue me with a refund.
IM NOT HAPPY AND I WONT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, I WILL PAY A HIGHER PRICE AND BUY THEM FROM THE UK
Awful company, bought a coolant pump, which failed after several days. Weeks later I’m still chasing my money back,
Excuse after excuse, form for claim SENT with proper invoice from garage, now going to my bank to get my money back, did email trust@ still not a reply.
Why should I email again? Going round in circles.
Reply, customer comes first? Why is it complicated?? Part failed, replace or refund, NOT THAT DIFFCUILT. ????????
3rd email sent. Still no reply. Chargeback from bank it is.
Have placed a few orders with this company and although the parts are cheaper it takes some time to arrive, however I bought a thermostat and two weeks later the part is faulty! Can you get in touch with them!? Not particularly no, sent emails and even messaged them on Instagram! I've had a response three days later and it's an absolute nightmare to try and get it exchanged under warranty. Asking for the vehicle details but that seems pointless seen as you put your registration in on the website which brings up your vehicle so how can you order the wrong part? You can't really can you. I need the car to commute daily to work and now having to drive it anyway. The stat is stuck open so won't cause damage but it's not really the point! Also I'm a mechanic myself so it wasn't fitted incorrectly. My advice is spend the extra few quid and buy local as you can go back to them straight away and resolve issues like this straight away. They need to work on the customer service side of the business. Make it easier for customers to get in touch and not have to wait for days and days for a reply. There customer service and satisfaction is absolutely shocking, do not try and work with you at all, never claimed something under warranty and I've had to fill in the claim form. Then I'm basically told "well buy another one and replace it" that was the response to me after saying that I haven't been able to remove it yet as I need another one to put back on first because I need the car daily for work!! Then after buying another one and sending them pictures of the part then removed and the invoice to show that I had bought another one they had the cheek to email me back and ask me if I still require the part? Well clearly not as they well knew and after all the messing around they refund me less the postage I might add and then tell me to either keep or dispose of the old part, WF* so after all that messing around for two weeks they didn't want the part back anyway so why didn't they just send me another part so I didn't have to be out of pocket again! I had provided picture evidence that the part had faulted as well!! Definitely my last order from here. STAY AWAY!
